What is your Returns Policy for UK orders?
We offer 30-day returns on non-custom products purchased within the UK.
UK return requests should be submitted by contacting our support team at support@breostudio.com.
1. Eligibility
Returns are not accepted on custom or personalised products, as these are made to order. All non-custom products are eligible for return.
2. Returns Timeframe
Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.
3. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Free from damage or signs of wear
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Refund Method
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. We do not currently offer exchanges or store credit.

What is your Returns Policy for Non-UK orders?
We offer 14-day returns on non-custom products ordered from outside the UK.
Non-UK return requests should be submitted via support@breostudio.com.

Eligible items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns received after this timeframe may not be accepted.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We do not offer exchanges or store credit.
5. Return Shipping
Non-UK customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping using a courier of their choice.
Where does Breo Studio ship?
We ship worldwide, using trusted international couriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Available shipping destinations, delivery times, and costs are shown at checkout and on individual product pages.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) are usually dispatched the same business day

Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next business day

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are dispatched on the next working day
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times may vary during peak periods, product launches, or due to customs processing.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.

Will I be charged import duty or taxes?

EU orders: Where applicable, duties and taxes are included at checkout
Orders shipped outside the UK or EU may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Breo Studio ships international orders under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms.
If charges apply, they must be paid before delivery can be completed.
